Asessments
Assessments are a valuable tool and can be shared with client's support coordinator, family,job coach, or potential employer. The three assessments are:

Initial Assessment of talents, abilities and goals
-
3 month progress assessment
-
final assessment
It should be noted that other assessments may be needed as necessary in order to alert health care providers to possible concerns such as physical, mental or emotional fatigue and that based on those observations, the time allotted per session may be changed. There is no additional charge for that.
Cost
$50.00 per hour with self directed funds.Recommended appointment is 90 minutes.
This fee includes preparation for meetings, journal notes regarding the meeting and 3 assessments. MC/V.
Program Duration
This will vary according to the individual's abilities, speed, and motivation. There may be a change of direction, so that will naturally affect the time involved.There is also the option to continue in a mentoring, coach or consulting capacity after the launch date of their business.
Terms
Payment is due upon completion of each session. There is no contract other than a single scheduled appointment and either party can discontinue the program at any time and for any reason.
Attendance is vital for the success of this program. A 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment to avoid charges. This can be done through email.
Exessive cancellations may lead to cancellation of this program, depending on the medical needs of the client.
In order to maintain a proper and professional relationship, the client must agree that there is to be no personal contact outside of the set appointment through phone, email or social media, unless it is agreed between both parties that it is a necessary part of professional development.
That the client understands that the program is designed to get them started in their endeavor and in no way can guarantee the financial success of their business. No business enjoys such a guarantee.
The service fee is for my mentoring and coaching only. Any additional costs involved in starting the business are the responsibility of the client
